A cohort of twelve early-stage ventures will accelerate their commercial solutions to advance the integrated deterrence, crisis, and conflict readiness of Special Operations Forces (SOF) during the 2023 NSIN Propel Boston Accelerator. The selected startups will work alongside DoD mission partners to enhance SOF capabilities with digital mission engineering, human-machine interfaces, and unmanned systems.

The venture has acquired Free Space, which aims to safeguard critical space-based infrastructures from hostile actors by providing the government and private industry with effective space domain awareness.

Innovators with technologies for in-space health and biotechnology, stations and facilities, advanced materials and manufacturing, on-orbit operational data management, hardware for space observation, monitoring, and sensing, and the utilization of space-derived data may submit their solutions to TechConnect for the opportunity to pitch their solutions to funders and representatives from the government and industry. The top five pitches will be awarded $10,000 each in prizes. One of the prizes is specifically allocated for a technology initially developed at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) or Minority Serving Institution (MSI).
