Early-stage ventures will learn how to do business with the DoD by working alongside NSIN, the U.S. Pacific Fleet, and Decisive Point in the NSIN Propel Hawaii accelerator. At the end of the cohort, participating companies will deliver cutting-edge capabilities that enable the U.S. Navy and its partners to operate as a ready, capable, and combat-credible force in the Pacific region. Applications are now open and close on Jan. 6, 2023.

Applications are now open for university students to apply for the 2023 X-Force Fellowship program. Next summer, selected fellows will work with military and national security leaders on real-world DoD challenges, participate in professional development opportunities, and gain experience using their skills for national security solutions. Shield AI creates AI pilot technology to help the DoD and aviation industry enable drones and aircraft to read and react to their environments without GPS, waypoints, communications, or a pilot. The team will leverage the investment, which is part of a series E round of funding now totaling $225 million, to continue developing its technology.

Shabodi creates their Application Enablement Platform to help developers from the DoD and private sector leverage advanced networks more easily, accelerating application development and reducing costs. The team will leverage the investment as they continue to work with their first group of customers.

Asylon, provider of automated robotic security systems, helps industry and government secure facilities while reducing the need for human security presence in dangerous, remote, and mundane environments. The company will support Patrick Space Force Base 45th Security Forces Squadron through their Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract.

Members of the Air National Guard (ANG) may apply to the Academy, Industry, Military, Hybrid Innovations (AIM-HI) program to develop skills in creativity and innovation to solve military challenges in new ways. The AIM-HI program facilitates collaborations between researchers and warfighters to rapidly produce proofs of concept.

Innovators with solutions to incentivize integrity and reduce corruption in the supply chains of minerals critical for green energy technologies may be awarded part of a $3 million prize pool from U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Submissions are due Jan. 9, 2023.

Innovators with advancements in beyond line of sight targeting and advanced missile detection and tracking may receive awards for their proposals from the Space Development Agency. Submissions are due Jan. 12, 2023.
