NSIN Presents: Starts NGA Small Business DE&I Showcase - Call for Applicants
National Security Innovation Network (NSIN), in partnership with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), is conducting a nationwide search to identify companies to participate in a virtual Small Business Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) showcase. The showcase will feature companies able to develop geospatially focused solutions in support of NGA’s Technology Focus Areas.
The event will feature speakers and panels highlighting NGA’s desire to support small businesses through enhanced DE&I efforts in the geospatial-intelligence ecosystem. While the program is open to all, we encourage companies who qualify for specific Small Business Administration (SBA) categories – 8A, HubZone, Women-owned, Veteran-Owned, Disabled Veteran-Owned to apply for consideration.
A team of NGA subject matter experts will evaluate applicants for participation and select 8 to 10 companies for the final virtual showcase. The showcase is open to all entities interested in GEOINT investments, including the DoD and private capital.

Additional Opportunity: Burkina Faso Challenge
In addition to demonstrating capabilities, this event is offering an additional opportunity to provide a specific use case. Our DoD partners, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, is interested in solutions that mitigate threats against civilian populations in developing countries such as Burkina Faso. Specifically, the development of early warning and response systems that optimize local and national resources. The complete USASOC challenge statement can be found here. To respond to this additional opportunity, please submit an additional 1-4 slides that will be reviewed by the USASOC.
*Please note that this is an additional opportunity to engage with USASOC. Participation is not required in order to participate in the main NGA program seeking GEOINT solutions.
